Dr. Webster’s love of helping people started at a very young age. Dentistry was a natural career path that allows her to interact with patients on a daily basis while serving their needs. She spent the majority of her childhood in South Carolina were her hard work and dedication academically paved the way for a scholarship to Clemson University where she majored in health sciences. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dentistry in Charleston, graduating in the top of her class. She then went on to complete a three-year specialty residency in Periodontics at the University of Kentucky fulfilling her childhood ambitions.
She then took the bold and unprecedented move of starting her practice in Fairbanks, Alaska. Embracing the Alaskan adventure has been a very rewarding experience both personally and professionally. Living and practicing in such a remote location, gave her a true appreciation of how important dentistry and periodontists are to people lives.
Even in Alaska, Dr. Webster was an early adapter of the Spear Education model. The signature treatment philosophy has molded her practice, her team members, and the quality of her dentistry. Attending regular courses in the Scottsdale area then matriculated into her being asked to be a founding member of the Masters Study Club program.
