We are pleased to announce that we are now fully OPEN! We have been given approval to provide dental services to our patients including hygiene appointments as of Friday, May 1. We will not however be seeing cosmetic cases at this time as they are purely elective in nature.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic started we have been working diligently to see patients on emergency basis and our already rigid sterility standards have increased to include even more safety precautions to protect our team and you our patients.
The new steps we have implemented are as follows:
- Thoroughly wiping all surfaces often throughout the day.
- Our team will be wearing additional personal protective equipment for their protection as well as theirs.
- Limiting the amount of people in our office at any given time.
- Checking temperatures of patients prior to entering our clinical area.
- You may request to wait in your car and we will call you when we are ready to take you back.
As always, patients who feel sick, have a cough or fever or if you have been in contact with anyone who has been sick without proper quarantine time of 2 weeks, please stay home. If you have been out of the country within the last three weeks, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment until proper quarantine time of 2 weeks has passed. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours-notice of cancellation when possible however, during this time we will not be charging for short notice cancellations due to illness.
We monitor the COVID-19 situation daily. We regularly check CDC and ADA guidelines related to dentistry, and adapt and communicate as needed. We feel confident that the added precautions to our regular high standards will ensure your safety and ours.
Our only concern is providing you with exceptional dental service and a safe environment. Please do not hesitate to call and schedule your needed dental services.
We look forward to seeing you SOON!
